LensMart LensMart is well known for providing a high quality experience. We contacted their customer service department, and found them to be very helpful and well informed. First time order was an excellent experience.. Customer service was very well informed. The order page is a little bit difficult to maneuver, but the interface is still relatively uncluttered and intuitive. The only problem we found with LensMart was that it took the package a bit longer than we expected to be delivered. They advertised 7-8 days, but it took 2 weeks before we received it. The reason given by customer service is that they had to contact the doctors, claiming that they attempt to verify the prescription information to help ensure that we continue to enjoy clear vision and healthy eyes. Price is competitive, and they have a good selection of products.
